We live in England, the property we were selling was in the Bahamas so we needed to work with a realtor we could rely on. We had had a poor experience with one realtor and decided to change. Krystal at ERA Dupuch came highly recommended and with good reason. She represented us through a difficult period just after the pandemic lockdowns and overcame the disappointments of two offers accepted but subsequently fell through due to problems on the buyers’ side. Krystal re-launched the property and found several interested buyers. She played a very effective role in working with us, the buyers, the two sets of attorneys and the surveyors to move the process along. It is probably fair to say that, without Krystal’s energy and attention to detail, the house would still be on the market. I cannot praise Krystal too highly for her work on our behalf. She deserves every penny of the commission she earned.

We had a wonderful experience working with Adam Duncombe on the purchase of our home on Paradise Island. We had so many questions about the property, island life and how to navigate around getting things accomplished during the sale process. Adam was very helpful in not only answering our questions, but also helping to identify more about the area and how to transition smoothly in the Bahamas with our limited knowledge.
